My name is Prasad. I' have bajaj pulsar under loan. This month (April) my emi is pending due to my salary delay. Bajaj representive ask 450 rupees for fine and 20 rs penalty for everyday from 5th of this month.
What is this conditions ican't uderstant it. My previous EMI are pay by 5th of the month. But this month annual closing and the bank holidays make to this delay.
