Bike not working

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that recently I have purchased a bike Bajaj Platina (HR26BC 1339) from Krishna Bajaj, Gurgaon and it is not working properly. It does not start once the rain comes. I have loged the complaint to deler Krishna Bajaj, Gurgaon but they are saying that it is normal Phenomenon.

If it is the normal phenomenon of Bajaj Bikes then what is the worse condition?

Please look into the matter and do the needful. My last bike from Hero Honda does not having such type of problem even I rode that bike in 1 feet water on the street.
