Problem with pickup and fuel cusumption (Discover)

I purchased my motorcycle in the month of april, from shakti bajaj the dealer of Bajaj in Deoria only, since the period i taken the delivery i'm complaining that there is a Problem with pickup and fuel cusumption (Discover) but the service center takes my number by saying that the part which is required is out of stock this time we will call you but no solution given.

I request please look into the matter and help.
