Tecnical problem in New bike

I buy a new bike of bajaj discover DTS Si 100cc on 1-12. My regn. No. :DL3SBT 2255. There are some problem in my bike the smoke and through oil in the silencer every service i told the mechanics of Authorize service center regarding this problem but they can't take care of this problem. My bike in warranty period so that the region they ignore my complanes. What we have to do this I don't know. Please do some need full action on this matter.
