Defective Bike poor mileage

I have purchased Bajaj Discover 125 in December and there are so many defects and problems such as poor pick up, poor mileage, so many noises from jumpers and other parts. All these issues are still not resolved even after 2 free services and 3rd service is already due. Kindly resolve my issue.
