I have pay all loan ammount but Finance department not give me my Bike"s RC book & Finance NOC cirtificate

Dear Sir,

I have purches a bajaj discover 135 cc Bike in Dec 24, Plot -CM-8/17, Opp. Ashadham school, NH. no.8, GIDC, vapi-396195, Gujarat, At time of purches i have loan against Bajaj finance Department, but now i have clear all my loan amount but finance agent or showroom ownner not give me my bikesRTO Registration Cirtificate OR finance NOC cirtificate & when i have go to collect my doccuments, they have perform rough behaviour to me.

Now i have tottaly harrash kindly helpme.
