Oil Likage from Engine Block

Dear Sir,

i have bought a neww bajaj discove 100cc Dts-si, Kick Start. From Rajshri Bajaj, Rajkot. Oil Gets Likage from the Engine Block and we have complaint them four times but the output was nulll... and due to likage from the engine block Efficiency is also decresed... and due to oils drainage the gear also makes noise... but now showroom owners doesn't reply properly...

so plz help to make a proper complaint against showroom owners. The bike chassis number is .: MD2DSPAZZEPJ67198. pla provide me proper guidence.
