Cracked engine block

My Pulsar 150 cc purchased in December 24th has developed a cracked engine block and the engine oil is leaking. Since it's under warranty, and 3000km running, they assured me of replacing it, but even after 15 days of filing my complaint, the matter couldn't be resolved citing unavailavility of Black Cylinder engine block and offered me a white one. Would you any of you prefer your bike to look like a clown? My question is if they would have taken every complaint seriously, the spare part could have been dispatched from the manufacturer within 15days by special courier to any places within india, Isn't?
