Free service charge

I serviced my motorbike on 28/12 in Attingal bajaj service centre. After the completion the manager charged Rs.200/- for oil charge only and he refuse to give the bill. It is second free service.in the first free service it charges only rs.125/- in kazhakuttom bajaj service.very very bad performance from Bajaj Attingal service. It is a shame for the Company.
