Bajaj pulsar 220 DTSI
Noise while starting & non availbility of spare parts

Sir i have a pulsar 220 dtsi brought on 21.09.09 from ur dealer utkal auto, cuttack, orissa.its reg no is OR 02 BA 0428.i want u to inform that the bike makes a loud noise while starting (as if something has broken inside the engine).i realised from service center that the starter clutch is damaged! (it is happening from the very first day of running!! god damnn!!).after that they promise me to replace it wid a new one. At that time it (starter clutch) was not available.so, i have to wait. And im waiting for last 2-3 months but in vein.kindly solve this problem.

This stater clutch problem is very common in p220.if this is the result then surley people will go for more trusted karizma rather than p220 (bullshit).
