Exchange of old 220 pulsar due to worst service from showroom

I have a pulsar 220 fi.i purchased it from da thadbund showroom in hyderabad, there are no proper mechanics to service my bike in my town showroom, they (mechanics) were ruined my bike with there worst service, so i like to exchange my bike..please guide me to apply for my exchange of bike..
