Engine is seized

I Chetan Sethi . resident of Delhi, 1442-A, Pocket B-1, Vasant Kunj want to bring to your notice about my bike (bajaj Pulsar 150-Dtsi) DL 3S BF 3838 which i had bought on july. Its engine has been seized on March 18th and it still under warranty period. I have informed to the service station of the company...(Baga Link Mahipalpur New Delhi) and they told me that this is due to resaon that i had missed on service and they will not be cover under warrenty.
