I MEET WITH THE ACCIDENT AFTER DRIVING PULSER 220 CC BECAUSE OF ITS POOR BRAKES SPECIALLY REAR ONE. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE PULSAR 220 CC, THEN DON'T... ITS THE WORST BIKE I HAVE EVER SEEN. DON'T PURCHASE BAJAJ BIKES EVEN. THEIR SERVICE IS THE POOREST. I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PULSAR 220cc AND I GOT SOME OTHER BIKERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME WITH PULSAR 220CC. SO, DON'T GO FOR IT. I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE EVEN BAJAJ BIKES. THEIR SERVICE IS POOR OVERALL, VERY VERY POOR. I COMPLAIN SEVERAL TIME TO MANAGER EVEN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE BUT NOTHING HAPPEN AS SUCH AND THEY TALK TO ME VERY RUDELY AS I HAS NOT BUY IT FOR FREE. THEY MOBALIZE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND AFTER THEY MISS BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER . REALLY WORSE!! AND HOW DARE THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS TO THEIR CUSTOMER. I THINK CONSUMER FORUM SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS AND PROVIDE JUSTICE TO CUSTOMERS. BAJAJ COMPANY HAS NO RIGHT TO MANUFACTURE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & PLAY WITH ANY ONCE LIFE. IT MAY BE A MISTAKE BUT THEY SHOULDN'T SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS.
SERVICE CENTER IS NOT GIVING ANY SERVICE & MISS BEHAVING WITH CUSTOMERS SO THAT CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT PAY VISIT TO SERVICE CENTER AGAIN.
MY BIKE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDE US SERVICE BOOK & INVOICE TILL NOW AFTER 7 MONTH.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS I AM HARASSED BADLY BY THE PROBLEM AND THE CUSTOMER CARE POOR SERVICE.
