Demanding to much money for spare parts

I am a owner of logan mohindra car now on 12/8 my car was some fault i call helpline but after so many cals they pick the phone they are sending pickup van after the give a privte co no to pick my car .but no one come there .they said our agency is closed . then toe my car to my house after that i cont to balak auto & tell them that my car, s timing belt is broken there reply was belt is not in my stock .but i can available for from goel moter chandigarh for rs-10000/ or more. when a belt for all vehicle is not mre thjan 600- to 800, please sugest me what i can do for this cheating. now i try to contect but no response.
