Faulty Meter and extra deman

I hired the auto from Frazer Town to inner ring road near Dell, he asked 10 Ruppes extra and upon reaching I noticed that the Meter was showing a figure of 70 Rupees, where as I am a daily user of auto service and usually the meter fare is 55- 57 Rupees.

The driver charged me 100 Rupees 70 Meter reading revised w.e. f 90 and 10 extra become 100

from 1st aug i have been paying 70 as per the new rates 56 meter reading and difference of old and new meter 14 Rupees become 70 but today this person charged me Rupees 100

My complain is to check his mter which is electronic but faulty showing a 30 % extra over the normal meter reading and he has asked 10 Rupees extra
