Damaged & short delivery of house hold shifted. Do no use this packers & movers!

All of my house hold goods damaged, 25% fully damaged & rest partially damaged, Taken 3% (full insurance) but did insured the goods, as I am saying this because they have taken money & No claim is given by Omaxe for the damaged good, The person responsible, Mr Goel (9811059398) is busy in some meeting, when I do followup for the claim, but nothing has been done for past 15 days, Omaxe call then as relocation expert & ISO company, but it is shame on the ISO who certify Omaxe. They should recheck their system of certification.
