Highly unreliable people & pathetic service

Do not use Omaxe packers & movers, they claim that they are ISO certified company. But actually they are fraud company, they can even run away with your goods. I have faced similar problem while shifting my house hold goods from Ghaziabad to B, lore. Damaged all the goods, some items missing in counting & also items missing from the boxes, deliver the goods late,

will promise to accept 20% after the delivery. But will force you to pay 100% before delivery of goods. Same has happened to me, will deliver in odd time, will not unpack the items also, will dump all the goods like scrap & run.

Will also charge for insurance, but will do no pay any insurance claim or will also not respond.

Very guddy guddy during the booking, but will be worst once the goods is picked & 80% payment is made.

Do not ever try with this packers.

The person in my contact from omaxe was Mr Goel. But he did not even responded for all the harassment / complaints.
