Unauthorised recovery by the employes of railway parking contracto

Sir,

I went to railway station to drop one of my friend at around 9 pm on 27th March at station premises and immediately turned my car back to return, while I was returning the employees of railway parking contractor intercepted my car and asked for Rs. 10/-, when I told them that I have not parked my car they said that it is not just for parking it is for entering the station premises, when I objected they started misbehaving. I paid 10rs and took receipt from them to avoid untoward incident. I request railway authorities to direct railway contractor to return me the unauthorized recovery by his employees and also kindly direct to give them some behavior training to interact with the customers of Indian railways.
