My account No. 860410110003669, (Y.siva kumar) Debit card No. 520495860406, (Dt. 20/3 I went Railway (AS RAO Nagar) reservation counter where I booking Tirupati ticket by my debit card. In the reservation counter the counter clerk scrap the card two times, Amount is debit in my account but their is declined the card to give response, the ticket clerk again collect cash He told your amount credit in your a/c automatically but still today not posted my account. I also submited a refund form in Bank of India. kindly pursue the my matter
