Consumer # provided to me was invalid

Am the Customer of Bharath Gas from past 10 years..I took a transfer from RT Nagar (Shravan Gas Agency) to Yelahanka (Basaveshwara Gas Agency) and I was provided with new Consumer#51971911 two months back, when I called Basaveshwara agency to book a Refill I was told that the Consumer # is invalid and it is not reflecting in their System. When I went personally to that Agency it was told to me that they will look into this matter and call me back... Days passed and so Weeks I did not get any response from them. When I called them they started shouting at me and said if you need urgently then you go to the head office and solve the issue also they threatened me to complaint any officer as they dont bother... If I really need to go to Consumer Court it will not take much time I can do that... sice am working for private company I dont get leaves to roam behind these people...
