Dear All!!

Greetings!!

This is an important mail regarding my base battery which has serial no BTMF40B19R.

Few days ago I registered a complaint about my battery under complaint no. 29316 since then I have made many calls to the toll free no. but instead of giving any assistance they forward me to nearest service centre. I had no problem with this until any service provider would come to my residence and solve my problem. But if nobody comes to solve my problem as it was assured by the company's BPO I had to make a call again and same thing repeats that your nearest service provider will assist you within 24hrs.

Dear Sir I had registered this complaint when it was 3 months to complete the warranty of battery. Now the warranty period has been completed.

Kindly tell me what to do.

I am totally frustrated from this procedure
