Poor car repairing

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I want to bring in your knowledge that I have given my car Swift Lxi HR-51 Y 7834 to Batra Auto in Faridabad for repairing and in work order I have mentioned all the problem (like, low pickup, engine noise etc) what I was facing. They claimed that the issue was due to clutch and is fixed and told me that transmission is also set. But after two days, while driving back from office, suddenly the gear function failed and I was not able to take 3rd, 4th and 5th gear. Somehow, I was able to drive back (approx 30 kms with 1st and 2nd gear). The reverse gear was also not working.

This is my 3rd experience with Batra Auto Faridabad.

Some serious action needs to be taken against them.
