Cancelled my booking without notice

To Whom So Ever It May Concern

Hi,

I am writing to you regarding the refund cheque. I have booked Swift Dzire in the month of February with a confirmation that the car will be delivered in three months. However, I only received the call from Batra in the month of June. While I took time to arrange for the amount, I get to know that Batra has already cancelled my booking and the car has been given to someone else. I agree, I took at least 10 to 15 days to arrange for the amount, but never sent any cancellation letter to anyone in Batra.

This was for the first time I realized that I was cheated. After waiting for more than 3 months for the car, I was told that the request has been cancelled without notice. I only get to know about the cancellation when I arranged for the cash and called Batra to fix up a time for the delivery.

And today I get a call from Batra requesting me to send a refund request letter.
