Agency Not Issuing My New Connection

My name is Sandeep Rohilla. I Am Living In H.No.136, Ishwar Colony Bawana Delhi -110039. During my visit in your agency at Bawana I request to your Agency-Vendor for issuing my new Gas-Connection. But he denied about that by saying on the same address Mr Ved Parkash's connection is available their. But fact is that Mr. Ved Prakash is living in Ground Floor whereas My Family is living on First Floor in the same premise & We have seperate Rasion -Card. He said to me I will not issue you any connection. He said on one address two connection can not be issued. I ask him to please give me a confirmation copy regarding that you are not issuing any connection to me or give me your Nodal Officer Email ID/ Contact Detail, but he reply very rudely that it's not our task and go to Cafe and search accordingly and abused a lot in vulgar manner. I Told to him our ration Card is seprat please regester my connection, But he is denying in any curcumstances to issue me connection as he is very vulgar. My Contact Details as undernith:
