Cheaters/Bad Service

Ya its true B D Motors, Asansol is really a cheater. I bought Tata Vista last month but have not yet received any documents and invoices. I call them frequently for my papers but they tell me that you will receive your documents by courier which will be sent by head office from durgapur. Now one month gone but I have not received my documents. I don't know what should I do? plzzzzz any body help.
