B.D.Motors Limited Durgapur has willfully sold one Tata Indica Vista (Aqua Qudrajet- Solar Orange) to me on 13.12.2010. Registration no. JH10Y5152 Chasis no. MAT611422APD36236 Engine No. 100A20000081514. From the date of purchase The car is emitting excess black smoke and polluting the atmosphere severely. The technicians of B.D.Motors limited Durgapur (W.B.) after two days efforts could not detect and repair the trouble. The car at present is delivering an average mileage of 12 kmpl. B.D.Motors limited Durgapur (W.B.) is not replacing or repairing my car. in my opinion B.D.Motors limited Durgapur (W.B.) has no skillful technicians who can solve the problem.
