I own a wagon R - HR 03 F 4488 whichi usually get serviced and repaired at Berkeley Chd. My experience during my last 3/4 visits has been very bad. i was just ignoring the casual approachof the staff. But on saturday, 23.04.11, it crossed all limits and ignoring the casualbehaviour of the staff for many a time cost me very dearly.
i gave my car for lower body noise (thecostly part was changed and charged) and breaking noise which should havebeen corrected during my earlier visits.
Concerns:
Wheel caps of front wheels were notcleaned after repair, these were extremely dirty.
There have been 2 types of mats in mycar - black one and transparent one. 2 Black ones were torn and moreover, mats were not kept in proper fashion during back delivery of the car.
Why the costly part for lower body noisewas not replaced during earlier visits?
Breaking noise still exists.
Is the customer supposed to tell your staff how to behave and what precautions shall be taken before back delivery?
same thing happened at berkely panchkula on saturday 30.04.11. 2 wheel caps broken, brake noise still persists.
no one to hear either at MUL or at Berkeley.
