Timing of bus 255

Sir,

I am from bandra (E) kherwadi junction. I always trvel by bus no. 255/455 to goto SNDT college. But each and everyday these buses are coming late rather I have to wait minimum 1 hour for these buses. But yesterday (date: 08/09) it has crossed its all limit bcoz I have weighted for 2 hrs i.e.,

3-5pm at JUHU KOLIWADA STOP (santacruz). As I am a college student I can't waste my valuable time. Infact all passengers for these buses are complaining to conductor, frequently. But he doesn't give any responce. So, I take the initiative to make this situation to aware to the authority. Plz try to understand our problem take necessary steps to overcome the problem.
