Inordinate Delay and Breaking of goods

We have Booked Best Packers & Movers for Transporting Household items from PUNE to CHENNAI. Packing started on 30.6.2010 and the Lorry reached Chennai only on 11.7.2010. They promised us Goods will reach within 3 or 4 days.

Absolutely NO RESPONSE from them. Hundreds of time we made phone calls for enquiry about the Goods, they are not taking the call. And Washing Machine, Computer table and Grinder got totally damaged. They did not bother to give any Compensation also. We were staying in a Hotel and paying rent for more than 10 days expecting our goods to arrive daily. Altogether, our experience was Disgusting and we feel strongly the name of the packers to be changed as WORST PACKERS AND MOVERS. You will feel the depth of pain only if you are experiencing it.

So, anybody after reading this, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER make a choice for Best Packers. Thank You
