Regarding Honda Activa Byke

My name is Rajbahadur Tokas. I booked 'Honda Activa " with Pilot Honda, chembur in may. They gave me 6 months waiting which lasts in November. I went to them and they asked me to wait for another two months. Finally i was asked to deposit Rs. 53000/ in advance on January 31 . I deposited the same money and i was told that bike will be delivered on the first week of march. whatever documents they demanded, i summited. Now it is 15th march today and they are not able to deliver the bike. I am a central Government employee and have a Identity card issued by Government of India. This identity card can only be issued to an Indian. Today i went there and i asked them to deliver bike but one of them Mr. Arun told me that bike can not be registered because you did not provide nationality certificate. I think they are playing with me and deliberately making me provoked. Their behavior is so bad that i can not express. They alway speak arrogantly and behave as if they will beat. I am really disturbed. It has been been more that 10 months waiting for a bike. I will be highly thankful if something can be done in this regard. Thanks.
