I bought a car through Bharani cars - T.Nagar - Ganesh. Before the payment was made he made promise that he will settle all documents and duplicate keys to me. As soon as the payment was made I asked him to get the duplicate keys, but this time there was no good response and he said he will get back to the seller and let me know about the keys. But he never called back. I even asked him to get the sellers number so that I could resolve the issue or even asked him to put the seller on conference call so that I could hear what the seller is telling about this for which he replied that he will sms me the sellers mobile number, which was not done.

He was sought of resorting to rowdyism and I have to finally give up saying "this is my first and last time to buy a car through bharani cars". Be careful, better is to avoid them. Better is to go for some other renowned centers like "maruthi true value" or other branded centres. Even though the price is little varying but they are professionals and they take care of all legal aspects.
