Effilling of gas cylinde

My consumer number is 380 and the agency that serve us is nirmal gas agency (chander vihar nilothi in west Delhi district), I have booked the cylinder on 05/03 as per the terms the cylinder should be delivered within 2 days of the booking. So, it should be delivered on 7/03. But till today I have not received the cylinder and while i try to contact them no one is replying about my cylinder status.so i request you to kindly provide me the contact number of area manager so that i can contact with him regarding the same as this type of problem is occurring again and again whenever i book a cyclinder.
