Misbehave andcharging extra money

Dear Sir, I am a coustmer of Krishana Gas Agency a Distributor of Bharat gas. I am paying full money for Home delivery but owner of agency is dening to deliver gas at home. When I goto his shop he misbehaved. During entering in cylinder booklet (Coustmer book) he generally enters wrong no. and on next delivery he charges 100 Rs for this entry. Sir, Please take suitable action against him.
