Delayin gas booking (45 days)

My name is ziaulhaque. I am a consumer of M/s S.M Gas service shahjahan pur garh road meerut. In this i mentioned about my booking probleme, all the

officers of this firm are saying that villagers can't book his lpg before 31days but when we reached after 1 month they booked with the delay of 13 to 15 days.they black the gas on big scale for vechile fuel and also supply to simbhaoli which is under the area of dist ghaziabad on bharat gas site

there clearly mentioned that every body can book it after 21 days in this case I have talked with

Mr. Abrar, Mr.munna Qureshi and your sales officer also but all guys are giving. He is not gas booking in phone and not any phone run. if we have any emeregency then they give delivery on extra amount (200 more).

so this is my humble request to u please take necessary steps against this gas agency, as early as possible.
