Delay in delivery of lpg gas

Sir,

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG (Bharat gas Consumber no- 10251) cylinder on dt 16/06. in Chanduti Thana BHART gas agency, Bypass New Colony dandibag bal bidya mandir school ke tripurari sinha ke makan me,

This gas agency is not sending me cylinder refill on time. I have been calling them 3 or 4 times daily for last three days, Its being more than 25 days they have not delivered the cylinder, i have called so many time and went to agency 3-4 time but not recived a cylinder, Sir take action against Umika Agencies many time i try to contact on 9135155191/9798676958.After that process they always take many days for refilling my cylinder. Due to this my family facing many problems. Please Sir tell me what should I do & and please

i request to take necessary action against the said distributor.
