Delay in transfer of gas

Sir, I m using Bharat Gas and I have transferred it from Berhampur Orissa[Rushikulya Gas, Kamapally] to Mohan Enterprises Amalapuram, EG Distt. of AP. on 14th sept.2010.They sent a letter to Berhampur for conformation, but they are always telling that they have not recieved the replay from Berhampur and not giving me gas connection.
