2) This agency is Not aceepting the Consumer numbers of Gas Cylender till 21 days after providing 1st cylender and After 21 days of Aceepting of Consumer Number They are providing Cylender After 15 Days Means They are Providing Second Cylender after 36 Days and More,

3) After 36 Days also there is no gurentee of getting Cylender, if we didnt received the Cylender till date we have to go personally to that office and pay for the same and we self have to go to the godown and with blank cylender and replace the new cylender.

4) In addition to this this agency is not taking the number for gas on phone as phone is always busy or no body is there to receive the phone and we personally have visit to that office everytime.

5) I m senior citizen person taking these heavy cylenders to there office all the time is that justifiable?

6) If they are not able to provide the good service there agency should be cancelled and some other peson to be given the charge of the same.
