Ignorance in delivery

I have booked a gas for refilling before 7 days.but now till date i have not recieved my cylinder yet. I called in office so many times but that person ignore it and talk in always funny mood and said to customer i.e me u r a foolish man.why r u call me daily? so plz do the needful action and take necessary action.
