I am having Bharat Gas connection and my serving agent is SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, 3/2 C, BHAVANI ROAD, HEBBAGODI, NEAR MUTHYALAMMA TEMPLE, BANGALORE. Whenever we book Gas, they are taking at least 1 month to deliver the cylinder with lot of reminders by calling them. Recently, I have booked Gas on 16/6/10 and till date I haven't received the cylinder. Whenever we calls them, nobody will be attending the calls. Even when the cylinder comes, the delivery boy is asking Rs. 30-40 extra as delivery charges.By paying extra cost also, he is not able to provide gas cylinder on time...
