Delay in Delivery of cylinde

Hi,

Its more than 25 days i have booked for the cylinder. They said it will be delivered in 10-12 days. I haven't received the same. Everytime i call them they will say 3 days more... They are very rude to the customer.

I dont know how much effective this compliant would but hopping for a positive response from your end.
