Inordinate delay in delivery of gasrefills

Every time deliberate delay in supplying Gas cylinder. The time taken each time goes on extended by 6to7 days after completion of 30days from previous date of delivery. There by even the additional cylinder also will be exhausted and the dealer will not accept booking immediately and insist belated booking. Please help in resolving this problem.
