Demanding for extra money

Dear Sir/madam

I Mahesh Kumar customer no ME 56521 SV no 611079038 my (Bharat Gas) distributor name CC611867 Mahalakshmi Enterprises #2153 2nd cross 17th main opp KPTCL office HAL 2nd stage, bangalore 560038.

I am applying for 2nd cylinder. but Mr. sudhakar (manager) ph no 22975459 is demanding for more money or buy compulsory gas stove or pressure cooker that will be extra burden for me. He is telling that its from bharat gas compulsory items that you have to buy and (providing the bill of M/s. Chetan Enterprises), otherwise I will not give the other cylinder.

I have video also that I can show you.

Please help me out in this matter. as soon as possible.
