Non-delivery of gas within the stipulated period

Consumer No.26855. Name: P.V.Kunhi Raman. The supply of gas by their M/s. Mahalakshmi Enterprises was very much irregular. I have booked a gas on 3.1.2011 and even on 28.1.2011 they have not delivered the gas. The agency is very much irresponsible and whenever I want to make some queries or book the gas, they never lift the phone. Further, why only your company is having such restriction of having book the gas after 21 days of delivery and gas delivers after 15 days of booking. In all it takes about 36 days, if delivered correctly, for a consumer to get the gas. Do the company expect that each cylinder should last for more than one month. I expect an immediate reply from the company in this respect. It is putting lot of hardship to the consumer.
