Not Providing Gas Cylinde

My name is Kaushal Patil live in Kalher, Bhiwandi. WR No.9769 customer of Bharat Gas Anand Nager Thane (w) Branch. I have booked Gas Cylinder as on 16.07.2011. but still i'm not getting the cylinder as on today i.e.30/07 from 16/07 to till date i'm calling the customer executive but no is bother to supply the cylinder. I requested your good self to please take some action against them so that no custer of Bharat gas will face this problem in future. This is my humble request to you sir.
