Abnormal delay in delivery after booking

Booking was made on 4/2 but no gas is delivered by Om Gas agency, Bulandshahr to consumers No. 13643&4113 it general practice of this agency. Hence it is requested to issue order to deliver gas to said consumers promptly after booking . there is abnormal delay in delivery of gas with the level of Om Gas agency, Bulandshahr . in this connection effective action is to be taken.
