Dear sir,

I had booked a cylinder on 04-11-09. On that time they said with in 1 week we will send the cylinder. But not yet received the cylinder till now. I have only single cylinder connection. We are in trouble with kids in our family since last one month with out gas in this rainy season. whenever we calling to the agency we are not getting a responsible answer from them. This is not the first time - each and every booking we are facing the same issue. Kindly take necessary action to get the cylinder immediately please.
