Poor Dealer Response

This refers the poor response customers are getting from Shri Maruti Bharat Gas Service, Lane No 6, Vidya Nagar, Pune-32 Dealer Code 25171. I request to the responsible Bharat Gas authorities to call on 020 26612273 & 265238049 which are mentioned on our gas cards. They never pick up the call made on first no & the second no is not in service. They are also not ready to give any alternate no. Each customer has to visit the agency & personally book the refil cylinder. The agency doesn't have any fear of either Bharat Gas Authorities or The District Supply Authorities. We expect strict action from either or both the authorities, or shift our connection to other agency in the area.
