Delay in delivering the cylende

Dear sir

my custumer no. GD 9302, In bharat gas in iglas, aligarh, uttar pradesh.

sir i have booked gas at the date of 12 dec. but i cant get the cylender

i m a serviceman and give the time for joint in line daily. but i can't get cylender

bharat gas employees are blaking the cylenders $ not give for custumers.

so please take the action.
