Incomplete refilling

I am having Bharat Gas domestic connection, which is being served by Vishnu Jyoti from Ghaziabad.many time I complaint regarding the seal of gas cylinder which is always open. This time my gas cylinder got empty with 7 days only in routine use where earlier it use to work for 30-35 days. There has been huge irregularities are going on the delivery of gas. Kindly chech it immediately.
