Poor service

My consumer no is 6832 in the name of Ashar Mohammd of Bahrat Gas. My booking office is at Friends gas agency, bharat nagar, new delhi. Form the last three, four months we are not getting timely delivery. Even they are not picking the phone. Due to thios we could ot booked our connection. Booking of gas delivery only possible after personal visit. I have booked for gas delivery on 17/12/09 but till date at 4 pm we could not get the delivery. Kindly look the matter.
